1. Scope of Work
Services Provided:
- Assembly and installation of pre-built cabinets, hardware upgrades, cabinet touch-ups, and related services.
- Exclusions: Supply of cabinets, countertop installation, or structural adjustments (e.g., leveling ceilings/walls).
Project Process:
- Consultation: Free onsite/virtual assessment.
- Planning: Custom solutions tailored to your space.
- Installation: Precise workmanship with the following clarifications:
- Structural Limitations: We are not responsible for unleveled ceilings, walls, or floors affecting crown molding, gaps, or alignment.
- Supplier Defects: While we are not liable for defects in client-supplied materials (e.g., cabinets, hardware), we will:
- Touch up/minimize visible defects where possible.
- Notify you immediately of major issues requiring supplier resolution.
- Door/Drawer Gaps: We strive for gaps of 1/8″–3/32″, but unusual circumstances (e.g., warped materials, structural issues) may affect results.
- Electrical/Plumbing: We are not responsible for misaligned electrical outlets or plumbing. Adjustments (if possible) require prior client approval.

Free Quotes:
- $0, no-obligation quotes (virtual or in-person).
Transparent Pricing:
- Hardware: Most hardware is included. Exceptions (e.g., specialty handles) incur an extra charge of $4 per handlefor drilling and installation—with prior approval.
- Touch-Ups & Finish Details: We address minor blemishes and install trim, fillers, and crown molding to complete your project. While we strive for excellence, minor imperfections may occur.
Payment Schedule:
To secure your project booking and ensure timely completion, payments are structured as follows:
- 30% Initial Deposit:
Due upon signing this Agreement. This deposit secures your project date, covers travel to the site, and initiates the assembly and layout of your cabinets. - 30% Second Payment:
Due upon installation of the cabinets. This milestone covers the core cabinet installation work. - 30% Third Payment:
Due upon installation of doors, panels, and any hardware (including handles, which are billed separately at $4 per handle for drilling and installation). This payment also covers the work related to installing trim, fillers, and crown molding. - 10% Final Payment:
Due on the final day—prior to project completion—after a walkthrough with the client confirming that all work meets expectations and the customer is satisfied.
Terms:
- Late Payments:
Work may be paused until payment is received. A 1.5% monthly late fee will apply to any overdue balances. - Non-Refundable Deposit:
The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable once work commences, except under mutually agreed terms. - Payment Methods:
We accept cash, check, or electronic transfer.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project details and site access.
- Inspect and approve client-supplied materials (e.g., cabinets, hardware) before installation.
- Communicate concerns promptly.
4. Workmanship Guarantee
- Satisfaction Commitment: We will fix installation-related issues at no extra cost.
- Limitations:
- Does not cover supplier defects, post-installation alterations, or damage from external factors.
- Minor nicks/scratches may occur during installation and will be addressed but may not be fully concealed.
5. Installation Risks & Realities
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Deviations from planned layouts may occur due to structural/design limitations. We will communicate changes and seek solutions.
- “Best Effort” Basis: While we aim for perfection, factors beyond our control (e.g., material quality, site conditions) may impact results.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Initial Discussion → Mediation → Binding Arbitration (as outlined in the original Agreement).
7. Governing Law
- Governed by Texas law.
8. Acceptance of Terms
